Science Foundational Training (SFT) 2024 is recommended but not required for AMSTI and AMSTI-ASIM teachers with up-to-date grade-level/course certifications. Science teachers who change grade levels or courses after August 15, 2024, must complete at least one face-to-face Content Professional Learning Opportunity (PLO) in the new grade level or course to be eligible to request kits (100% completion required).

New AMSTI and ASIM teachers must complete SFT 2024 followed by at least one face-to-face Content PLO in their current grade level or course to receive instructional materials (100% completion required).
