Jennifer Crumpton
K-5 Science
Jennifer Crumpton serves as K-5 Science Specialist for AMSTI-Athens in Region 2. Jennifer has 22 years of teaching experience in 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades. She also built and facilitated a STEM program for Pre-K-2nd grade students. Jennifer has a passion for engaging students and teachers through STEM integration. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Elementary Education. She holds ISTE certification and is a National Board Certified Teacher as well. She is a member of the National Science Teachers Association and Alabama Science Teachers Association.

Carolyn Stovall
K-5 Science
Carolyn Stovall serves as the 3-5 Science Specialist for Region 2. She has sixteen years experience as a classroom teacher in 1st, 3rd and 4th grades with Attalla City Schools and Etowah County Schools. Carolyn holds a Bachelors of Science and Master's Degree in Elementary Education. She was named Teacher of the Year while teaching in Attalla City Schools. She is a member of the National Science Teachers Association and Alabama Science Teachers Association.

Amy Lyons
6-8 Science
Amy Lyons serves as the 6-8 Science Specialist for Region 2. She has a Bachelor's degree in teaching biology and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Freed-Hardeman University. She taught science for 23 years before joining AMSTI. Most of that time was spent at Liberty Middle School where she was named Teacher of the Year. Amy is a member of the National Science Teaching Association and the Alabama Science Teachers Association.
